Only subscribed users can book a doctor or use the AI chatbot. Wallet is not used for booking — your subscription covers consultations.

How subscription works

  1. 1Choose a plan — Pick Basic, Premium, or contact us for Enterprise. Plans define your access to the AI chatbot and doctor bookings.
  2. 2Sign up or log in — Create an account or sign in. Then go to Dashboard or return here to subscribe.
  3. 3Pay to activate — Use Paystack or Apple Pay to pay for your chosen plan. Once payment is verified, your subscription becomes active (monthly or yearly).
  4. 4Book doctors & use chatbot — With an active subscription you can book consultations (no wallet deduction) and use the AI chatbot. When the plan ends, renew to keep access.
